Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Market Research, Data Analytics, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
• Excellent research and information-gathering skills.
• High attention to data accuracy and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence & Industry Research: monitor Data Center trends, market activity, and opportunities.
• Project Identification & Opportunity Tracking: identify and track Data Center and related project opportunities.
• Business Development Support: research target accounts and key organizations; identify decision-makers.
• Reporting and Data Management: prepare market intelligence reports, dashboards, and project updates.
• Process Development and Continuous Improvement: refine research methodologies and tools.
