Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance strategy for mission-critical data center infrastructure in Atlanta. You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and controls systems to ensure reliability, uptime, and performance.

Responsibilities include managing CMMS work orders, coordinating vendors, monitoring system performance via BMS/EPMS/DCIM, leading incident responses, and maintaining safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of data center operations experience.
• Proven track record leading maintenance programs and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for critical systems.
• Own maintenance strategy to support reliability and uptime.
• Manage CMMS work orders, planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, MOPs, EOPs and change control.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor maintenance and testing.
• Monitor performance via BMS/EPMS/DCIM and resolve issues.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis.
• Maintain safety compliance (LOTO, NFPA, OSHA).
• Develop and track maintenance KPIs and reliability trends.
• Support capacity planning and lifecycle asset management.
• Plan and execute maintenance outages with minimal downtime.
