Job summary

Google is seeking a Data Center Maintenance Planner Program Manager to lead maintenance planning and scheduling for critical data center infrastructure. You will coordinate with site supervisors and technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance work, using CMMS to manage records and workflows.

The role emphasizes developing job plans, defining parts and materials, and guiding resources to optimize maintenance schedules and performance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders with data center operations teams and vendors.
• Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, BOMs, and PM schedules.
• Manage launching a CMMS solution at the site level for daily operations.
• Collaborate with site planners to implement global best practices that optimize maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with facility management to develop schedules and drive analytics from CMMS.
