Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager for Maintenance Planning in its data centers, based in Monrovia, IN. You will lead multi-disciplinary planning and scheduling of maintenance work, coordinate site supervisors and technicians, define parts, trades and materials, and drive safe, efficient work control plans across facilities.

The role requires CMMS administration, PM/CM routines, and collaboration with vendors and operations teams to optimize maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with data center operations teams and vendors.
• Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment BOM, and PM schedules.
• Manage the process of launching a CMMS solution at the site level used in daily operations.
• Collaborate with site planners to implement global best practices that optimize maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with facility management to develop schedules, maintain resource leveling, and drive decision-making using analytics from the CMMS.
