MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in program or project management.
• Experience working with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in managing long-term, complex programs or projects, demonstratingstrong organizational, scheduling, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Experience in controls, electrical, or mechanical systems, including a deepfamiliarity with critical data center infrastructure and both PreventiveMaintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) processes.
• Experience working on Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance in Data Centers.
• Experience with vendor management.
• Background in critical facilities management or operations management, withdemonstrated leadership spanning facility engineering, day-to-day operations,technical troubleshooting, and team management.

As a Data Center Maintenance Planner Program Manager, you will be responsiblefor the effective execution of all planning and scheduling of maintenance workand control processes. In order to fulfill these responsibilities in the mosteffective manner, you will work with the site supervisors and technicians tomanage work priority, develop job plans, define parts and material, definetrades and skills, and engage the proper resources to develop a safe, effective,and efficient work control plan. In addition, you will provide theequipment-related expertise and technical guidance on improving preventivemaintenance activities.

In this role, you\'ll be responsible for the use and administration of theComputerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program at a site level. Thisincludes the creation, update, and maintenance of equipment, PreventiveMaintenance (PM), and safety records within the CMMS program.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $108000 - $153000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with data centeroperations teams and vendors. Be responsible for the planning and schedulingof technicians and parts needed to perform maintenance activities.
• Establish and maintain Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and PMschedules.
• Manage the process of launching a Computerized Maintenance Management Systemsolution at the site level used in the daily operation of our data centers.
• Collaborate with other site planners to implement global best practices thatoptimize maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with facility management to develop schedules, maintain resourceleveling, and drive decision-making by utilizing comprehensive analytics fromthe site Computerized Maintenance Management System.
