Job summary

JLL is seeking a CMMS Planner/Scheduler for our Columbus, GA data centers. The role centers on planning and scheduling maintenance using CMMS, coordinating with facilities teams, and driving efficiency across operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in facilities planning, CMMS proficiency, strong MS Office, and knowledge of HVAC/electrical/plumbing systems. On-site position with comprehensive benefits; visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Five years of facilities planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience planning the work of hourly staff using CMMS.
• Advanced MS Office experience; SharePoint helpful.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Balance workload with available labor to optimize resources.
• Ensure CMMS standards and data integrity.
• Oversee MRO parts ordering and PM auto ordering.
• Generate asset purchase requisitions.
• Maintain asset, parts, and labor records.
• Collaborate with operations to refine maintenance programs.
• Conduct audits to ensure CMMS compliance.
• Coordinate with technicians and management on scheduling.
