Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or journeyman’s license (required)
• BICSI RCDD (required)
• 10+ years of copper, fiber, pathways, wireless, and telecom room design/installation experience
• Proficient in architectural, electrical and mechanical drawings
• Familiar with item-by-item estimating
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in contract negotiations, risk mitigation, change management, productivity tracking and cash flow
• Understand billing and collections
• Excellent organizational skills
• MS Excel and Word proficiency
• Mentoring and managing project managers and senior trades
• Able to work independently and in a team
• 30 Hour OSHA certification within first year
• 5+ years as Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Generate estimates and project plans with time frames and resources
• Oversee project execution and interface with customers to align expectations
• Manage staffing and subcontractors across projects
• Generate billings and manage collections
• Regular site visits and planning for labor/material needs
• Procure materials and ensure timely delivery
• Mentor team members and report to VP
• Forecast financials and manage project review processes
• Support safety and company policies
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation
