Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience
• High degree of technical skills and assembling techniques
• Ability to read, understand and follow job orders and work procedures
• 4 years of experience and proven track record of successful performance in a warehouse environment (preferred)
• Availability to travel more than 75% of the time (preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with and support other team members
• Ability to remain engaged and productive while flexible and adaptable to changing conditions and expectations
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outside on occasion
• Ability to reach, including above your head
• Ability to safely walk, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
• Visual focus adjustment, depth perception and close vision capabilities
• Conditional-offer recipients may be required to pass a pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, stage, and prepare equipment and materials for shipment supporting daily data center logistics operations
• Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment according to training and safety guidelines
• Follow established procedures and work instructions, completing tasks according to priorities set by a lead or supervisor
• Record inventory movements accurately in systems
• Escalate inventory discrepancies or issues promptly for resolution
• Learn and apply data center logistics processes, tools, and safety expectations
• Maintain inventory accuracy and material readiness
• Support audit activities
• Set daily priorities and coordinate team workflows
• Resolve complex inventory or process issues
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational performance
