Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate for the 2nd shift (Friday–Monday, 1:30pm–12:00am) to manage inventory, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and keep the workspace organized and safe.

You’ll receive, inspect, and record arriving hardware, maintain records, assist with packaging, and collaborate with data center operations and procurement on special projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software, as well as proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents.
• Familiarity with proper lifting techniques and the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory; maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist with safety compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill inventory and logistics needs.
