GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate to support inventory management, shipping and receiving, and facility upkeep for our data center operations in Omaha. You will coordinate with suppliers, prepare shipments, and help install server racks under guidance from senior technicians.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, safety, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data center logistics and continuous uptime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory accurately.
• ,
• Maintain inventory records and documentation for received and shipped items.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments.
• Upload, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Transport inventory using manual handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment; assist with packaging disposal as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and security measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill inventory needs.
• Assist in setup and installation of server racks per instructions.
