Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate for the 3rd shift (Mon-Thu, 8:00pm–6:00am) to ensure efficient inventory flow and smooth data center operations. You will handle inventory, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and maintain a clean workspace.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, keep precise inventory records, and adhere to safety protocols while assisting with server rack assembly and facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software, as well as proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
• Ability to perform basic math calculations with and without a calculator.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory and maintain records.
• Shipping and Receiving: coordinate shipments, prepare documents, upload and inspect shipments.
• Facility Maintenance: keep a clean, organized workspace and assist with disposal of materials.
• Compliance and Safety: follow safety protocols and security measures.
• Support and Collaboration: work with cross‑functional teams to fulfill logistics needs.
• Assembly: assist in setup and installation of server racks and related tasks.
