Job summary

T5 is seeking an experienced Logistics Project Manager to lead OFCI Equipment Procurement for data center and commercial construction projects in the Atlanta area. You will coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and design teams to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to project requirements.

The role requires strong Procore usage, budget oversight, and effective communication across multiple disciplines. Domestic travel around 25% is expected in this growing organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in data center or commercial construction.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or PM/supply chain.
• Strong proficiency in Procore and MS Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handoff meetings with Strategic Sourcing Managers after PO execution to define responsibilities.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, vendors and design teams throughout the project.
• Attend job-site meetings and engage vendor partners as required.
• Review submittals and manage approvals using Procore.
• Monitor budgets, change orders, and vendor performance.
• Mitigate risks to OFCI equipment delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, codes, and project standards.
• Travel ~25% to maintain relationships and ensure timely deliveries.
