Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced OFCI Supply Chain Senior Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects on-site. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent service to clients and manage complex supply chains across multiple teams.

This on-site role requires coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, governance, cost control, and risk management. A Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field and proficiency with Procore and MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational and management skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with construction project management tools and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure project governance, processes, and systems are applied.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Forecast and update key milestones and budget.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, GCs, and regional stakeholders.
• Rapid response to RFIs from the field.
• SOX control responsibilities may apply where relevant.
