Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain a clean, organized workspace in our Texas data center. The role emphasizes accuracy in receiving and recording inventory, safe handling, and collaboration with procurement and technical support.

The position requires at least 1 year in logistics or related fields, basic office software proficiency (Excel/Word), and the ability to lift and move items.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces, including docks and storage areas.
• Assist with assembly and installation tasks for server racks and related equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill inventory needs and special projects.
