Job summary

Compass Datacenters in Dallas, TX is seeking a Construction Logistics Planner to drive logistics planning for data center builds. In this new role, you'll report directly to the SVP of Delivery and collaborate with various departments to enhance project execution and timing.

We're looking for someone with logistics experience in high-rise construction, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multi-trade sequencing for concurrent work. The position offers a collaborative environment with various benefits, including unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• Logistics experience on high-rise construction or heavy OFCI/pre-fab modular programs.
• Proven track record on constrained urban job sites.
• Construction experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Engage during site selection for logistics inputs.
• Maintain a single, live sequencing view across active campuses.
• Make logistics requirements prescriptive in RFPs.
• Drive clearer sequencing logic during active construction.
• Serve as a resource for Delivery Managers facing sequencing challenges.
