Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate in Moncks Corner, SC. You will manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain a clean, organized work area to support efficient data center operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of logistics experience, HS diploma, familiarity with inventory systems, and basic math skills. You’ll work 1st shift, Tuesday–Friday, 6:00am–4:00pm, with safety as a priority and opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software, as well as proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
• The ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents.
• Familiarity with proper lifting techniques and the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• To be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory and hardware.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation for items received and shipped.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments.
• Upload, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Transport inventory using material handling equipment following safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and assist with disposal of packaging materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill inventory and logistics needs.
