Job summary

GXO is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate to support inventory management, shipping/receiving, and assembly tasks in a data center environment. This is a 1st shift role (Mon-Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm) with opportunities to contribute to efficient data center operations and safety compliance.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory, timely shipments, and organized workspaces while adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software, plus proficiency with basic office software (Excel, Word).
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and interpret safety/operational documents.
• Ability to lift/move heavy material and operate material handling equipment.
• Willingness to work 1st shift hours, Monday–Friday, and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers; prepare shipping documents.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas including storage and docks; assist with disposal of packaging materials.
• Adhere to safety protocols and security measures; support cross-functional teams as needed.
• Assist in server rack assembly and cable management under supervision.
