Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate in North Carolina to manage inventory, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with server rack assembly and installation tasks.

The role runs on a first shift, Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with full-time hours and a benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), life and disability coverage, and daily meals provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
• Ability to lift and move heavy material up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory and maintain accurate records
• Shipping and Receiving: coordinate shipments, prepare documents, labels and packaging
• Facility Maintenance: keep work areas clean and organized
• Compliance and Safety: follow safety protocols and access controls
• Support and Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams across operations and procurement
• Assembly: assist in server rack assembly and cable management
