Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Experience in a data center desirable.
• Ability to utilize computer.

Responsibilities

• Complete the role and responsibilities of a Data Center Specialist.
• Adjust workflows and priorities to meet operational demands.
• Communicate workload changes within scope of responsibility to hit tasks within SLA and quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies within defined thresholds.
• Ensure proper tracking, labeling, and chain of custody of inventory.
• Identify and enforce adherence to established SOPs, safety protocols, and handling guidelines.
• Support audit readiness and corrective actions.
• Communicate risks to SLA performance early and clearly.
• Assist with identifying root causes of errors, delays, or process breakdowns.
• Take immediate corrective actions within authority.
• Use escalation pathways appropriately for complex issues.
• Provide timely, accurate updates to stakeholders.
• Support seamless workflow handoffs.
• Support implementation of new workflows, tools, or layouts.
• Share and communicate best practices across shifts or teams.
• Demonstrate reliability and consistency in performance.
