Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Data Center Logistics Specialist I to support inventory management, asset handling, and data management within a data center environment. You will receive and ship goods and assist in installation or decommissioning of assets using WMS and MHE.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of forklift experience, inventory control, and experience with a WMS such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, or SAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience operating sit-down forklift, stand-up reach truck, electric pallet jack.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in Inventory Control including cycle count, reporting discrepancies, receiving inventory, monitoring levels.
• At least 6 months’ experience with a WMS or similar systems (JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing hardware and manage inventory, asset tagging, and tracking.
• Install servers (rack and stack), connect power and network cables, and troubleshoot basic hardware issues.
• Prepare hardware for deployment: labeling, configuration, and quality checks.
• Perform routine data center hardware installation and ensure proper documentation and housekeeping.
• Respond to alerts/incidents to minimize downtime and support maintenance of servers.
• Maintain environmental conditions and data center security protocols.
• Protect data according to company policies and compliance requirements.
