Job summary

Meta is seeking a Lease Construction Manager to oversee leased data center facilities, acting as Meta's primary construction representative on colocated and build-to-suit projects. You will ensure shell/core, critical infra, and tenant improvements meet Meta's specs, schedules, and quality standards.

You will partner with real estate, design engineering, and data center operations to manage from lease through handover, coordinating with landlords, developers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in construction management.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety standards.
• Experience with capital budget management.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Primavera P6 for scheduling.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Bluebeam.
• Experience with Procore, BIM 360 and related construction software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner's representative on leased data center projects.
• Review landlord construction documents for alignment with standards.
• Monitor progress with site visits and contract conformance.
• Coordinate tenant improvements and subcontractors for fit-out.
• Track schedules, budgets, and change orders; report to stakeholders.
• Lead milestone reviews, factory acceptance tests and system testing.
• Identify risks and drive resolution with landlords and developers.
• Coordinate transition from construction to commissioning and operations.
• Track landlord delivery obligations and lease milestones.
• Contribute to evolving data center construction standards and playbooks.
