Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions is seeking a Data Center Lead at DLIFLC, Monterey, CA to oversee the configuration, operation, and security of domain servers, SAN, and backup systems. You will lead staff, ensure continuous availability, and enforce security policies across the data center.

The role requires managing upgrades, disaster recovery planning, and compliance with DoD/DoW standards, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining high availability for large-scale applications.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS with 5+ years' data center admin experience or 9+ years progressive experience.
• Ensure 24/7 operation and security of the data center.
• Manage and train data center staff and technicians.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and upgrades of data center infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and backup plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards; conduct regular audits.

Responsibilities
