The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data center administration, experience with VMware vSphere and cloud services (AWS/Azure/Google), and a track record of implementing disaster recovery plans.

Qualifications

• BA/BS from an accredited college or university with 5+ years' data center admin experience
• Ensure the 24/7 operation and security of the data center
• Manage and train data center staff and technicians
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and upgrades of data center infrastructure during or after work hours
• Monitor system performance and oversee troubleshooting efforts
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment and services
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and backup plans
• Experience leading a team and maintaining a high availability data center
• Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure/Google) and VMware vSphere
• Applicable Computing Environment /Operating Server Certification

Responsibilities
