Job summary

ATR International is seeking a Data Center Technician to support day-to-day physical operations of MBE product labs in Santa Clara. You will install and remove hardware, rack and stack equipment, manage inventory, and handle shipping/receiving to keep the lab organized and safe.

The role requires collaboration with engineering, IT, logistics, and facilities teams to ensure proper handling, tracking, and relocation of lab equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience with lab operations and hardware deployments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Rack and un-rack servers, switches, storage devices, and other lab equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for servers, switches, components, cables, and locations.
• Receive, inspect, document, label, pack, and ship hardware; verify against PO and packing slips.
• Keep racks, workbenches, shelving, and staging areas organized and clean.
• Assist with hardware deployments, relocations, and lab setup; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
