Job summary

Kidwell Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Data Center Journeyman Electrician to join our field team in Nebraska. You will train apprentices, coordinate with foremen, and uphold safety standards on job sites.

The ideal candidate has a Nebraska Journeyman license, strong communication and leadership skills, and willingness to travel with per diem. Experience in data center or commercial industrial electrical work is preferred.

Qualifications

• Nebraska Journeyman license required.
• Licensing in other states may be needed.
• Willingness to travel with per diem.
• Data Center or commercial/industrial electrical experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving, communication and organizational skills are required.
• Leadership and people skills are essential.
• 4+ years of field experience preferred.
• Driver's license is required.
• Must pass physical, background check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project Foreman to plan and complete job requirements.
• Supervise and train apprentices on your project area.
• Prioritize tasks to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with general contractor and trade partners on-site to maintain schedules.
• Install and repair electrical systems and equipment within scope.
• Maintain a safe work environment meeting OSHA requirements.
• Ability to travel with potential weekends/work on Saturdays.
