Job Description:

1. Prepare, stage, set up, and perform startups and shutdowns (e.g., racks, hard drives, switches) following instructions, checklists, guides, and protocols.
2. Perform post-setup quality checks, ensuring proper grounding, staging, labeling, and cabling according to safety and deployment standards.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, identify causes, and replace faulty components.
4. Decommission hardware for simple upgrades following standard procedures.
5. Communicate, report, and escalate incidents as needed.
6. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, basic hardware knowledge, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and flexibility for non-standard hours.
7. Previous data center experience and CompTIA certifications are a plus.

Workplace Location:

Pay Range:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour, with benefits starting from day one.
