Job summary

Green Grid Inc. in San Ramon, CA is seeking an Information Technology Support Technician (entry to mid-level) to maintain and troubleshoot computer and network systems. You will establish strong relationships with customers and assist employees with IT-related problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 2+ years industry experience.
• 2+ years experience in Critical Environment infrastructures or physical IT infrastructures.
• Technical coursework in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong working relationships with customers.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of datacenter equipment.
• Ensure electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems operate at peak efficiency.
• Escalate issues and assist with emergencies and training as needed.
• Drive cost/energy efficiency projects and report KPIs.
