Job summary

Fluidstack is hiring for an on-site IT infrastructure role responsible for building and operating gigawatt-scale data center campuses. You will automate endpoint provisioning, identity, and access for a fast-growing workforce, while maintaining secure, multi-tenant architectures across sites and customers.

The role emphasizes incident response, rapid problem-solving, and creating robust runbooks to accelerate future site deployments. Prior data center IT experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• You have built and run IT infrastructure across multiple physical sites, standing up networks, identity, and endpoint management from nothing.
• You have automated IT operations with code so repetitive tasks are software.
• You have owned identity and access management for a fast-growing org without offboarding gaps.
• Experience with data-center or industrial IT environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and run on-site IT infrastructure across gigawatt-scale data center campuses.
• Automate provisioning of endpoints, identity, and access across a rapidly growing workforce.
• Own multi-site IT stack ensuring security and separation between teams, sites, and customers.
• Create repeatable IT deployment runbooks for new campuses to accelerate onboarding.
