Job summary

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI and operates data centers with teams spanning hardware and software. You will build and run on-site IT infrastructure, from network to badge systems, enabling new sites to go live quickly.

We seek someone who can automate provisioning of endpoints and identity, own the multi-site IT stack, and drive secure, fast deployments across campuses. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role in a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications

You've built and run IT infrastructure across multiple physical sites, standing up networks, identity, and endpoint management from nothing.
You've automated IT operations with code (scripts, IaC) to turn repeat tasks into software.
You've owned identity and access management for a fast-growing org without access sprawl.
You've resolved on-site incidents under pressure and kept teams productive.

Responsibilities

Build and run the on-site IT infrastructure at gigawatt-scale data center campuses, from corporate network and Wi-Fi to badge systems and edge compute.
Automate provisioning of endpoints, identity, and access across a workforce growing 10x, via code.
Own the multi-site IT stack and coordinate with security on access controls and segmentation.
Stand up repeatable IT deployment runbooks for each new campus to ship sites faster.
Resolve on-site incidents and unblock field teams to restore systems in hours.
