Job summary

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI and seeks a Deployments Lead to oversee multi-site data center rollouts. You will coordinate racks, cabling, power, and validation, ensuring timely and quality-compliant deployments across sites.

You will also design scalable contractor models, optimize completion velocity, and develop tooling to automate tracking and QA gates, enabling rapid, reliable growth.

Qualifications

• You've led physical infrastructure deployment at data center scale.
• You've run contractor workforces of dozens to hundreds through hard quality gates.
• You've hit rack-and-cable schedules others called impossible.
• You've built or specified deployment tracking tooling.

The Deployments Team

Examples of key problems the team is working on

• Turn empty data halls into serving GPUs in weeks. Deployment owns everything between construction handover and customer-ready compute: racks, fabric, and validation at hundreds of megawatts per site.
• Stand up gigawatts a year, hundreds of megawatts at a time. Data halls go from construction handover to serving GPUs in weeks, across multiple sites at once.
• Deploy 10s to 100s of GWs with software, not headcount. Bring-up, validation, and handoff run on tooling the team builds, so the hundredth data hall deploys faster than the first instead of needing a hundred times the people.
