Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inventory control or similar role
• Knowledge of inventory management software
• Ability to manage inventory budgets and procurement
• Proficiency with SAP, Tableau, Jira, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of hardware or data servers
• Experience presenting operational data to management and other teams
• Organizational skills and thoroughness
• Proactive with strong anticipation skills

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stock and sign shipment notes per procedures
• Unload goods from delivery trucks and track orders
• Monitor delivery orders and stock quality
• Manage backorders and inventory levels to meet service commitments
• Carry out procurement and budgeting with Supply Chain
• Coordinate cross‑functional inventory requests across teams
• Prepare weekly inventory updates and report metrics
• Maintain SAP/Tableau/Jira proficiency and data handling procedures
