Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking an Implementation Manager to coordinate installation of IT equipment, electrical distribution, aisle containment, and data cable infrastructure across multiple facilities. You will lead projects to completion on time, within budget, and with accuracy, working with operations, solutions engineering, and sales teams.

The role requires PMP or similar certification and 3–5 years in data-center design/construction.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, ideally a PMP or similar certification.
• 3-5 years of experience in the data center industry in design, construction and/or fit out.
• Intermediate level knowledge of rack, cage, electrical distribution, and data cable infrastructure.
• Intermediate level ability to read construction plans and one-line drawings.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Productivity tools (Teams, Word, Access, Excel, Visio, Project).

Responsibilities

• Implement customer equipment and material to support deployment plans.
• Review customer SOWs, issue RFPs, evaluate responses, and select contractors.
• Manage approvals with customers and contractor accounting teams.
• Oversee installations to meet deadlines and budget.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure quality and pricing.
• Track costs using PO processes and cost-tracking templates.
• Attend weekly site installation manager meetings and meetings with clients.
