Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking an Implementation Manager to coordinate client installations across data centers. You will work with Operations, Solutions Engineering and Sales to ensure deployments meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

The role requires 3–5 years in data center design, construction or fit-out, strong project management (PMP preferred), and hands-on collaboration with contractors and customers. Austin-based, on-site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in data center design, construction or fit-out.
• Experience reading construction plans and one-line drawings.
• Strong MS Office proficiency; PMP preferred.
• Vendor management and procurement coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation of IT equipment and infrastructure in data centers.
• Manage RFP process, contractor selection, and approvals.
• Track project costs and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance.
• Maintain installation progress updates and weekly meetings.
• Ensure compliance with customer SOWs and quality standards.
