Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is seeking Data Center Installation Technicians to support a data center project involving AI/server infrastructure, racks, fiber, and structured cabling.

You will install AI/server racks, pull and label fiber and copper cabling, perform rack-and-stack, and work with patch panels and cable trays.

We offer health benefits, travel coverage, and active team support; candidates should be comfortable with ladders, lifting up to 35 lbs, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with structured cabling, low-voltage, fiber, telecom cabling, or rack-and-stack.
• Experience in data center, telecom, central office, cell site, or commercial installation environments is desirable.
• Comfortable with ladders and physical installation work.

Responsibilities

• Install and support AI/server racks and data center infrastructure.
• Pull, route, dress, label, and organize fiber and copper cabling.
• Perform rack-and-stack and equipment installation activities.
• Work with patch panels, cable trays, and related infrastructure.
• Follow installation diagrams, SOPs, and project documentation.
• Maintain quality and safety standards within an active construction/data center environment.
• Coordinate effectively with installation and project teams.
