Qualifications

• High school diploma, technical certification, or military/trade school background.
• 0–2 years of experience in network cabling, infrastructure deployment, or related technical work.
• Familiarity with copper and fiber cabling standards and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Ability to lift and move equipment in physically active environments.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Responsibilities

• Install, route, and terminate copper and fiber cabling across data center environments.
• Label and document cabling infrastructure to meet standards.
• Assist in rack setup, alignment, and hardware installation.
• Support ad-hoc infrastructure delivery projects including network expansions and hardware refreshes.
• Maintain visual and operational standards for structured cabling and rack layouts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deployment of network infrastructure.
• Follow safety protocols and quality assurance procedures during all installations.
• Track inventory and assist with equipment staging and deployment.
