Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking an Implementation Manager to orchestrate data center installations across multiple facilities. You will coordinate with operations, solutions engineering, and sales to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of IT equipment, electrical distribution and data cabling.

You will review designs, issue and evaluate SOWs, manage contractor approvals, and drive procurement with cost control. Strong PM skills and a PMP-like certification are required.

Qualifications

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• 3–5 years in data center design, construction, or fit-out.
• Ability to read construction plans and one-line drawings.
• Experience tracking costs across multiple projects.
• Strong MS Office/Productivity tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation of IT equipment racks and infrastructure.
• Review SOW documents and validate completeness.
• Create and distribute RFPs for SOWs and evaluate responses.
• Manage contracts with customers and contractors.
• Oversee installations to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Construction, and Procurement.
• Maintain regular project tracking and client communications.
