Job summary
Johnson Controls seeks skilled HVAC Mechanics with eight or more years of commercial/industrial HVACR experience, including rooftop units, chillers, pumps, boilers, and ammonia/hydrocarbon systems. You will install complete systems and provide maintenance, repair, and replacement services, communicating effectively with customers and preparing quotes.

Qualifications
- Minimum eight (8) years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience.
- Experience with rooftop units, chillers, pumps, boilers and ammonia/hydrocarbon systems.
- Able to install complete HVAC systems and perform maintenance, repair and replacement.
- Must pass knowledge examination to assess proficiencies.
- EPA refrigerants license and valid driver’s license required.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repair and replacement on commercial HVACR equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chillers, and ammonia/hydrocarbon systems.
- Provide quotes and recommendations to customers; upsell where appropriate.
- Travel 10–20% to support branch activities and customer sites.
- Maintain safety training and participate in service academy training.
