Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company seeks a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including CRAC/CRAH units and chillers. You will perform preventive maintenance, replace filters, and respond to equipment failures to protect IT assets.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with EPA 608 certification and 2+ years of HVAC experience, plus ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call duties. Travel is possible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, piping schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with BMS/BAS systems for monitoring and control.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call duty.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including CRAC/CRAH units, Airewall’s, chillers, condensers, & pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) per schedule to ensure reliable system performance.
• Replace filters, and other mechanical components as needed.
• Respond quickly to mechanical equipment failures or temperature excursions to protect IT assets.
• Escalate critical events to management and assist in root cause analysis after incidents.
