Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
• Experience with controls and refrigeration systems preferred.
• Data center or mission critical experience preferred.
• Ability to travel and work overtime.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on mission critical HVAC equipment.
• Inspect equipment and replace routine wear items.
• Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor BAS/BMS alarms and document findings.
• Coordinate escalation for complex issues requiring advanced technical support.
