Job summary

Serverfarm is seeking a maintenance professional to ensure safe operation of MEP plant and critical distribution across our data centers. You will monitor power and environmental conditions, perform tasks in our CMMS, and support planning, scheduling, and coordination with outside contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer requirements in a critical tech environment.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities with self-management.
• Strong written and oral communication with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain MEP plant and distribution infrastructure safely.
• Monitor power and environmental conditions in critical spaces.
• Assist with planning and scheduling corrective maintenance.
• Support contractors and ensure compliance with SF rules.
• Respond to site incidents and document actions.
• Participate in site rounds and policy development.
• Aim for 100% uptime of critical infrastructure.
