Munters Corporation in Kentucky is seeking a seasoned Field Team Manager specializing in HVAC systems for data centers. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure reliable operation, and coordinate with project managers to deliver preventive maintenance and rapid responses to failures.

The role requires 5–7 years in HVAC with data center focus, at least 3 years in leadership, and travel to multiple sites. Strong problem solving, safety, and communication skills are essential; EPA certifications

Qualifications

• 5-7 years HVAC experience with data center focus.
• 3+ years in a leadership role supervising technicians.
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure and operational protocols.
• Experience with monitoring/management systems for data centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor HVAC field service technicians in installing, servicing, and maintaining data center HVAC systems.
• Develop and implement service protocols for data center operations.
• Collaborate with data center project managers and stakeholders for preventive maintenance.
• Maintain safety guidelines and a culture of safety.
• Oversee inventory management to stock data center HVAC parts and equipment.
• Coordinate with Sales/Service teams to promote data center HVAC services.
