Job summary

Epoch Biodesign is seeking an experienced DC Operations & Deployments EHS Safety Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This full-time role will focus on establishing HSE performance and culture across our operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in HSE compliance and incident management.

The position involves 50% travel and requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge of HSE rules, and experience in risk assessment. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7+ years of relevant HSE experience is required.
• Proven technical knowledge of various HSE rules and regulations at both federal and state levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated safety oversight for active deployments and operational data centers.
• Assess risks to workers and develop action plans to reduce risk.
• Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and report on objectives.
