Job summary

Amicus Talent Group seeks an HSE / EHS Safety Manager for data center construction. This on-site role spans Michigan City, IN and Mobile, AL, requiring recent mission critical experience and strong safety leadership.

You will drive safety plans, conduct site inspections and audits, lead toolbox talks and ensure OSHA compliance across subs, while fostering a robust safety culture on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Recent data center or mission critical construction safety experience.
• Experience leading safety programs on large-scale sites.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and JHAs/JSAs.
• Proven ability to manage safety across multiple subs and field teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS activities across active data center sites and enforce safety plans.
• Conduct daily inspections, audits and safety observations.
• Lead toolbox talks, meetings and site orientations.
• Monitor subcontractor safety compliance and corrective actions.
• Support JHAs, permit-to-work processes and incident investigations.
