Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing programs for suitability and need for changes.
• Maintain plans, playbooks, and procedures for the assigned account, ensuring they are current and implemented.
• Serve as an EH&S resource to staff and internal customers.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while improving service quality.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related disciplines.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values to build consensus.
• Impact activities across teams and ensure adherence to guidelines and policies.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information to stakeholders.
