Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with HSE program concepts in data center or similar environment.
• Undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering/Science or safety/health.
• CSP, CHMM, or related certifications preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to perform essential job functions including physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develops a comprehensive HSE Program for the region with Global HSE.
• Drive Global HSE policies to regions and Data Center facilities.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Perform site audits/inspections and monitor HSE performance for Data Centers.
• Lead corrective actions and close audit findings with Global HSE and vendors.
• Enhance Safety culture and employee engagement in safety programs.
• Develop reporting, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with facility managers to implement safety practices.
