Equinix seeks a Compliance Analyst to support health, safety, environmental, and operational compliance across Data Center sites. The role partners with global HSE to ensure regulatory and policy adherence, enabling a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The position involves data analysis, trend reporting, and coordinating audits and corrective actions with regional teams and vendors to strengthen risk management and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HSE program experience in data center environments.
• Undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering/Science or safety/health.
• HSE certifications (CSP/CHMM) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and travel if needed.

Responsabilités

• Develop a comprehensive HSE Program for the region in partnership with Global HSE.
• Drive Global HSE policies to regions and Data Center facilities.
• Manage safety audits/inspections and monitor HSE performance for Data Centers.
• Address corrective actions and close audit findings with Global HSE and vendors.
• Foster a culture of safety and lead Safety Leads community.
• Develop reporting, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to HSE practices.
• Collaborate with facilities to implement customer, employee, and subcontractor safety programs.
• Determine root cause and corrective actions for HSE incidents using proper methods.
• Organize and conduct safety training and lead the Safety Leads community.
