Job summary

Equinix, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support health, safety, environmental and operational compliance across assigned data center sites.

This role partners with site leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory standards through audits, inspections, and incident tracking. The analyst analyzes compliance data, identifies improvement opportunities, and contributes to risk management initiatives to strengthen safety and operational effectiveness

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience applying HSE concepts in data centers or similar settings.
• Ability to audit, inspect, and monitor HSE performance.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops a regional HSE program in collaboration with Global HSE.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Performs site audits/inspections for Data Centers.
• Addresses audit findings and drives corrective actions.
• Promotes safety culture and employee engagement in safety programs.
• Develops reporting, analyzes trends, and suggests improvements.
• Coordinates with facilities to implement safety practices regionally.
• Leads root-cause investigations and proper reporting of incidents.
• Organizes safety training and mentors Safety Leads.
