Amazon Health and Safety is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to own the safety function for Culpeper data centers. You will lead safety standards, audits, and programs across engineering, facilities, and security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• 4+ years of compliance program management, governance, audit, risk prevention, or equivalent experience.
• Experience implementing health and safety standards, policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement health and safety standards, policies and practices including safety management systems and risk assessments.
• Conduct health and safety audits of data centers and active construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with global health and safety programs.
• Develop health and safety plans for on-site emergencies and business continuity.
• Maintain safety record keeping and data integrity.
• Perform data trend analysis for leadership.
• Identify risks and remediate with Operations.
• Travel regularly across distributed data center campuses.
• Obtain and hold TS clearance within 18 months.
