Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end order execution and delivery coordination.
• Ability to drive inventory optimization across multiple functions.
• Proficiency with KPIs, dashboards and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end order execution from purchase through delivery for OCI data center hardware.
• Ensure on-time, right-first-time delivery while proactively identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.
• Drive inventory optimization and manage hardware blockers across suppliers, logistics, quality, regulatory, and site readiness functions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Delivery, and other stakeholders to establish scalable operating mechanisms.
• Automate and streamline supply chain processes, workflows, and data flows to improve forecasting, allocation, and visibility.
• Develop and maintain executive-ready dashboards and KPIs for cycle time, redeployment, reuse, excess reduction, and cost-to-serve metrics.
• Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to ensure compliance with Oracle standards and expectations.
• Drive supply chain initiatives, operational improvements, and best practices to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across Oracle lines of business and external supplier organizations.
• Influence product and supplier selection decisions based on cost, technology, and continuity of supply considerations.
