Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced individual contributor to lead strategic supply chain initiatives for OCI's data center infrastructure. You will own sourcing, planning, procurement, and supplier management across mechanical, electrical, and modular infrastructure supporting hyperscale deployments.

You will partner with engineering, construction, capacity planning, finance, and global procurement to enable predictable, scalable delivery of OCI infrastructure and drive best-in-class supplier

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, strategic sourcing, procurement, infrastructure planning, operations, or related field.
• Experience sourcing or managing supply for large-scale mechanical, electrical, industrial, construction or mission-critical infrastructure equipment.
• Experience with engineering, construction, manufacturing, or operations on complex infrastructure programs.
• Proven ability to lead complex commercial discussions and supplier negotiations.
• Experience developing demand forecasts, supply plans, category strategies, or risk-mitigation plans for long-lead materials.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and program-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies for critical data center infrastructure equipment.
• Lead supplier engagements, RFx processes, and contract development for assigned categories.
• Partner with Capacity Planning, Engineering, and Construction to translate roadmaps into procurement strategies.
• Develop forecasts for long-lead equipment, identifying supply constraints and mitigation actions early.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships across capacity, quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness.
• Support pricing, capacity reservations, lead times, warranties, service agreements, and long-term supply commitments.
• Identify opportunities to diversify supply sources and improve supply continuity.
• Drive cross-functional resolution of supply, schedule, and technical issues.
• Analyze market conditions, supplier capacity, commodity trends, and developments to inform decisions.
• Establish and track KPIs for supplier performance and deployment readiness.
• Develop continuity and contingency plans for critical components and participate in disruption response.
• Improve procurement processes, planning accuracy, reporting, and automation.
• Influence stakeholders with data-driven recommendations and clear communication.
